During the forum, a cross-Straits "one-to-one" communication meeting on composite materials industry and skills was held, during which more than 30 enterprises in Zhenjiang deepened face-to-face communication with representatives from universities and enterprises in Taiwan to seek cooperative business opportunities.A total of 14 projects have reached intention cooperation and signed contracts on the site.Zhenjiang Leader Composite Co., Ltd. specializes in producing and selling unsaturated polyester resin, and has deepened communication with Taiwan Guojing Chemical Co., Ltd. on site to seek industrial cooperation.Hu Yongqi, deputy general manager of the company, informed the author, both sides are peers, but the market segment is not the same.Lidl is deeply engaged in shopping malls in east China and North China, while the other is mainly engaged in shopping malls in south China and overseas.Both sides can achieve in the technical cooperation aspect to make full use of advantages and avoid disadvantages, mutual benefit and win-win situation. In order to strengthen the communication and interaction between young scientists and scientists from both sides of the Taiwan Straits, the forum held the first Cross-Straits youth Composite Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, collecting 21 entries.Meanwhile, Taiwan Far East University of Science and Technology "coffee (tea) high value wood-plastic products" project and Nanjing Institute of Engineering "high-speed train skin structure with fiber - metal laminates key production skills and industrialization" project won the first prize of the competition.The project of "polyurethane resin for high performance pultruded composite Material" is the only project in Zhenjiang city and has won the prize of excellence.
